I was seated in the back seat and as I departed the cab, unbeknown to me, my wallet dropped out of my jacket pocket… I quickly deduced that it had been left in the taxi so I called your contact centre… she quickly put me through to another person who in a very friendly and empathetic manner advised she found my wallet… I can not explain the feeling that this news had on me as I had by this time written it off and was busy compiling who I had to call today to cancel cards and request new ones. The driver delivered my wallet safe and sound and intact.

Several weeks ago you picked up my mother. Unfortunately she fell over before she reached her front door. Your quick reaction prevented her from hitting her head as she fell.
